Investigation update: COPFS instructed death investigation (Glasgow) - April 2023
The Crown Office and the Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS) has instructed the PIRC to carry out an investigation into the death of a 35 year-old woman on 25 April 2023 in Glasgow.
Once our enquiries are complete a report will be submitted to COPFS.
Update: a final report was issued to COPFS on 5 September 2023.
