Investigation update: COPFS instructed death investigation (Glasgow) - April 2023
The Crown Office and the Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS) instructed PIRC to carry out an investigation into the death of a 36 year-old man who was found on 27 April 2023 in Glasgow.
On completion, a report will be sent to COPFS.
Update: a final report was issued to COPFS on 5 September 2023.
