Investigation update: death following police contact (Dalnaspidal) - March 2023
The Crown Office and the Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS) has instructed the PIRC to investigate the circumstances surrounding the death of a 27-year-old man on 29 March 2023 near Dalnaspidal, Highlands.
Once our investigation is complete a report will be submitted to COPFS.
