Investigation update: death following police contact (Highlands) - August 2023
We are investigating the circumstances around the death of a 26-year-old man near Carn Mor Dearg on 11 April 2023, under the instruction of the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS).
At the conclusion of our investigation a report will be sent to COPFS.
Update: a final report was issued to COPFS on 26 October 2023.
