Investigation update: death following police contact (Motherwell) - August 2023
The Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS) has instructed PIRC to investigate the circumstances around the death of a 22-year-old man in Motherwell, on 20 August 2023.
Once our investigation has concluded, a report will be sent to COPFS.
