Investigation update: death following police contact (Stirling) - September 2023
We have been instructed by the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS) to investigate the death of a 27-year-old man in Stirling, on 6 September 2023.
Once our investigation has concluded, a report will be sent to COPFS.
Update: a final report was issued to COPFS on 12 March 2024.
