Investigation update: criminal allegations against the police (Hamilton) - March 2015
We are investigating a criminal allegation of assault of a 30-year-old man which occurred in Hamilton on 1 March 2015.
The matter was referred to the PIRC by the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS) and a report will be submitted to the COPFS in due course.
