Investigation update: death following police contact (Fort William) - March 2024
We have been directed by the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS) to investigate the circumstances in the lead up to the death of a 30-year-old man in Fort William whose body was found on 8 March 2024.
Once the investigation is concluded, a report on our findings will be submitted to the COPFS.
